FAQ

How do I place a tax‑exempt order?
  1. Place your order online.
  2. Add in Order Comments: “Tax‑Exempt — resale cert on file (or attached).”
  3. Email your certificate to the order confirmation you receive.
  4. We remove tax before processing and send an updated confirmation.
What documentation is required?
  • State resale certificate or multi‑jurisdiction form matching your legal entity.
  • Orders must be for resale or qualified exempt use consistent with your certificate.
When is sales tax removed?
Prior to processing the order—after we verify the certificate. You’ll receive an updated confirmation showing $0 tax.
Can I order by phone as a dealer?
Phone ordering is limited and requires exact part numbers. We strongly recommend ordering online for accuracy and record‑keeping.
