FAQ
How do I place a tax‑exempt order?
- Place your order online.
- Add in Order Comments: “Tax‑Exempt — resale cert on file (or attached).”
- Email your certificate to the order confirmation you receive.
- We remove tax before processing and send an updated confirmation.
What documentation is required?
- State resale certificate or multi‑jurisdiction form matching your legal entity.
- Orders must be for resale or qualified exempt use consistent with your certificate.
