Hynautic Hydraulic Engine Control Shifter Slave - SS-04 (REBUILD SERVICE ONLY)

Background:

• Over an extended period of time the seals, moving parts, and the fluid in the hydraulic engine controls begin to fail in your SS04. If your engine control throttle slave is in a rebuildable state, we have the capability to repair them at our facility.

• We recommend upgrading to a KE4+ System

How Much Does it Cost?

• $485, this includes the seal kit, bushing, and basic rebuild
• + Return Shipping
• Note: Any additional components that are damaged (i.e. SS-04 Body) may incur an additional charge, we will contact you if so for approval of rebuild.

How Long Does it Take for the Shifter Slave to be Rebuilt?

• 1-2 day turnaround for most rebuilds

How to Remove your Part:

• Make sure to relieve the pressure on the hydraulic reservoir
• Disconnect lines to Shifter slave
• Remove from the transmission
• Drain ALL oil from part, if we have to drain the oil for you, there is a $30 fee for us to recycle it
• Place the shifter slave in a plastic bag so it does not leak in the shipping box
• Place your contact info and what you would like done or what problems you were experiencing in the box with the shifter slave

   1. Your return address
   2. Your phone number, email and order number
   3. Any noticeable issues that you see or feel and any noticeable performance issues, this will help us ensure the rebuild fixes your issue
4. Ship your part to us with FedEx, UPS or USPS
5. 1-2 day turnaround and we will ship the cylinder back to you

• Include a note in the box with return address, contact information, and a note with any noticeable issues that you see or feel and any noticeable performance issues, this will help us ensure the rebuild fixes your issue. Ship the part to us, no need to checkout online. Checking out online will allow us to better track your rebuild service, FYI.

Terms of Purchase:

• If the part is not rebuildable, inspection fee is $40 + return shipping, $40 of that can be applied to a new part
• Drain ALL oil from part, if we have to drain the oil for you, there is a $30 fee for us to recycle it
• Estimated rebuild time is ONLY AN ESTIMATE, and is based off of when we receive your part, how many rebuilds we have going on at the moment, and how much attention your part will need. In no way is the ESTIMATED rebuild time a guarantee.

Seatech Marine Products, located in San Diego, CA has over 30+ years in the marine service business. We are an authorized dealer and service center for Hynautic, and are well versed of the ins and outs of your part. Once you send your part into us for rebuild, a marine tech will look over your part and make sure it only needs to be rebuilt, if we encounter more issues we will contact you for approval of repair and for your payment information. Most of the rebuilds we do take 1-2 business days, and we will ship the part back to you. Although your part is expected to last years, we offer a 6 month limited warranty. Please do not send in your part if it is frozen from corrosion or has holes in it.
