SeaStar Hydraulic Hose Replacement Guide
Use this guide to match earlier SeaStar hose part numbers to their current replacements. HO51XX, HO57XX, HO81XX and HO82XX hoses remain available to order from Seatech under their earlier part numbers. Their current replacements reflect a part-number and packaging change. The original HO86XX, HO87XX, HO88XX and HO89XX stainless bulkhead assemblies can no longer be made; use the listed hose and separate bulkhead kit for those assemblies.

How to choose the complete replacement
- Read the full old part number. Keep standard and PRO Kevlar hose grades distinct.
- Match the hose length. For example, HO5720 becomes HO6920: two 20-foot PRO hoses. Most fixed kits contain two equal-length hoses; custom pages also offer single hoses.
- Choose the stainless steel fitting upgrade where offered, especially for saltwater applications. Stainless hose fittings are required when replacing an original stainless bulkhead assembly.
- For HO86XX or HO87XX, also order one HO7100 single-hose bulkhead pair. For HO88XX or HO89XX, also order one HO7200 dual-hose bulkhead kit.
- Check the mounting requirements: the new bulkhead kit is installed separately from the hoses.
Stainless bulkhead covers do not make hose ends stainless. When replacing an original stainless bulkhead assembly, order stainless hose-end fittings as well as the required bulkhead kit.
Example: replacing HO8920
- Order HO6920SS: two 20-foot PRO Kevlar hoses with stainless fittings.
- Also order HO7200 dual-hose bulkhead kit × 1. The kit is sold separately.
Custom lengths and single hoses
Use HO59XX for standard hoses or HO69XX for PRO Kevlar hoses. Select the exact length, single or two-hose quantity, stainless fitting option and any custom offsets. Custom hose orders are not returnable; confirm the configuration before ordering.
