Hynautic part number: 530175
Adapter connecting the Hynautic 5/16-inch tube fitting to a 1/4-inch pipe port in the documented hydraulic engine-control system.
The same adapter is shown at both throttle- and shift-slave tube connections in the Hynautic manual. Its 5/16-inch connection is for the nylon control tube and its separate lock-ring/O-ring fitting arrangement, rather than a SeaStar steering-hose end.
