Technical Specifications

Assembly & Installation Instructions

1. Remove the Phillips head keeper screws before unthreading the pins (e & f).
2. Unthread each pin to open the swivel.
3. Attach the chain by placing its link into the narrow end jaws of the swivel.
4. Apply a bead of Blue "Removable" Loctite to the threads of the cross pin.
5. Insert the pin through the chain link and firmly hand-tighten with an Allen key (5mm for SPA-803 model).
6. Secure the keeper screw by applying Loctite to its threads and tightening it.
7. Repeat the same procedure for securing the anchor side of the swivel.
8. Allow 24 hours for Loctite to cure before use.
