An autopilot drive arrangement for mechanical steering systems such as wire, cable or chain drives. LA17 is the cylinder-and-drive arrangement; LA17D identifies the drive-only version for a corresponding existing cylinder.
The full arrangement combines a hydraulic pump, bypass valve, reservoir, steering cylinder and interconnecting hoses. The D version does not imply those full-system components are supplied.
