The CHX8051P from SeaStar's Xtreme Series is a side-mounted, dual-function control designed for single engine boats. This model includes a trim switch on the handle and a standard lanyard-style safety cut-off switch, making it ideal for outboards and stern drives.
Ergonomically shaped and mounted to the starboard gunwale, this control combines a smooth, tactile feel with reliable mechanical action. The CHX8051P features start-in-gear protection, a neutral interlock, neutral throttle warm-up, and drag adjustment for tailored performance.
It works seamlessly with 3300/33C universal cables and most OEM-style cables (including Mercury Gen II and OMC/BRP), making it a versatile replacement for older side-mount models.
