Prepare & Ship
A qualified technician must isolate electrical power and hydraulic pressure before removing the DC2000.
Have a qualified technician remove the part following the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Isolate and safely depressurize hydraulic systems before disconnecting lines. Label and cap the connections. Drain fluid using the manufacturer’s procedure, protect openings and bag the part to contain residual oil.
Pack the unit securely. Put your order number, contact information, model number and a short description of the fault inside the box. Photograph the markings and condition before shipping. You arrange and pay for the shipment to us.
DC2000 intake: Email Seatech before shipping. We will confirm the service facility address and payment instructions.

Help
To start, email info@seatechmarineproducts.com with your name, phone number, billing and return addresses, symptoms and photos of your unit. See the DC power steering data sheet (PDF) for product details. The current service description offers a limited six-month warranty from receipt of the returned unit; ask for the written terms during intake.
See the written service-warranty terms on your order or contact our service team. A manufacturer warranty for a new replacement part should not be read as a warranty for rebuild labor.
Unsure of the model or whether a rebuild is appropriate? Send the model number and photos to Tech Support before ordering.
