Product Overview

DK4720 is used when replacing the later-style actuator assembly on compatible SeaStar hydraulic jackplates. It is the correct replacement kit for jackplates with serial numbers above D4000-001843, as well as jackplates with serial numbers that begin with JP.

This kit is commonly needed when the jackplate actuator, motor or pump assembly is being replaced. Because the actuator design changed over time, the jackplate serial number is the most reliable way to confirm whether DK4720 or DK4710 is required.

When to Use DK4720

• Use DK4720 for jackplate serial numbers above D4000-001843.
• Use DK4720 for any jackplate serial number beginning with JP.
• Use DK4720 for the 7/16" mount bolt and 3/8" socket actuator style.
• Use DK4710 instead for serial numbers D4000-00001 through D4000-001843.
