The Seastar Power Steering Reservoir HP5810 is manufactured for high horsepower luxury yachts and commercial boats that normally are too difficult to steer. The systems from Seastar Power Steering meet the challenge with superior design and selection of materials, precision manufacturing and rigid quality control.

Special Note: The HP5810 is now available again for purchase after a period of discontinuation. They are now manufactured in the USA by Seastar Power Steering. They differ in some aesthetic aspects, but are the same part.

CAUTIONS:

• Do not use teflon tape, this may cause damage to the system. Only use Loctite.
• Do not use steel fittings, only use brass fittings, Use of steel fittings may cause irreparable damage to the unit.
• Ensure the oil filter is installed properly and the filter element is threaded onto the base securely prior to purging.
